Emily is Vice President of Compliance & Lease Administration with Lincoln Harris CSG. She currently oversees the compliance and lease administration department, in conjunction with Lincoln Harris CSG’s hospital systems and healthcare client accounts. Clients include, but are not limited to, HCA, HCA Physician Services, and RCCH HealthCare Partners. Her primary areas of specialty are lease negotiations and transactions, hospital and physician acquisitions and divestitures, leasing compliance, on-boarding and transitioning of new lease administration accounts, conflict resolution, and client support. Emily has been and is currently involved in the implementation of new leasing policies and processes externally for clients, as well as internally with Lincoln. She has been with Lincoln Harris CSG since 2008.
