Melvina Jefferson is the Director of Quality Assurance at Lincoln Harris CSG. As such, she implements new corporate and client policies and procedures for the company, producing efficient transitions in Lincoln offices nationwide. Melvina also develops and administers furthering education and specialized training programs for Lincoln Harris CSG employees that are specifically tailored towards meeting the goals and objectives of our medical clients.
Melvina joined Lincoln Property Company in 1993 as an Accountant. She rapidly advanced in the company, gaining experience in various positions including Property Manager and Facility Manager, while specializing as the company’s “Corporate Trainer”. In addition to managing her property portfolio, Melvina contributed considerably to Lincoln’s mentor program by serving as a mentor for three years, as well as training new employees.
As Director of Quality Assurance, Melvina continues to impart her expertise in successful communication and coaching approaches to the whole of Lincoln Harris CSG. She is not only able to draw upon her past experience with Lincoln, but also the skills she continues to refine as a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), and an active participant in IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and former member of Toastmaster International, Inc., an organization promoting the improvement of communication skills.
