She has actively participated in Transition Management activities for 5 major corporate transitions (5 million square feet). In addition to Relationship Management responsibilities with clients, she also provides leadership in cost savings initiatives, capital expenditure plans, budget preparation and financial reporting. Susan was with Lincoln Property Company for five years and has been with Lincoln Harris CSG for six years. She holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
